Frameworks

Frameworks promote understanding

Frameworks make the transfer of ideas easier. Frameworks assist in putting all participants on the same page.

We introduce you to the following frameworks

• Good to Great - six measures against which every organisation could measure itself, "good" being complacently average and "great" being great! This is the most important framework on this list. First decide what your company should be.

If you should seriously decide that being "great" is what it is going to be, whatever it takes, contact us.
• Managing Change - eight phases which an owner ought to heed when contemplating a dramatic turnabout, a merger, or an attempt to move to the next higher level.
• Strategic Processes - and its seven elements including a Strategic Plan: Mission, Vision, a limited number of major goals and Core Values.
• Balanced Scorecard - as strategy development and implementation framework with four perspectives - starting with two Strategy Maps, a compass and a road map, which make strategy visible. The BSC is the core of our approach. It is the vehicle which you will use on a monthly, weekly and even daily basis.
• Performance Measures - a ten-measure design test to determine which information an organisation needs and to ensure that the measures which it selects are actually useful and used. "That which is measured gets done."
• Building Agreement - seven steps at ariving at a negotiated agreement and especially five core concerns (which affect any individual) and the role which emotion plays in obtaining agreement.
• Company Culture - three phases through which an organisation could be taken in building a great culture of choice.
• Emotional Intelligence EI/EQ - four clusters of emotional intelligence and especially six leadership styles and their competencies.
