Ideal client

Do you fit this profile? If "yes" contact us

  • You are running an established, successful company or organisation
  • You have a passion for what you do
  • You have a burning wish, a yearning to move to higher levels of business performance
  • You want a great company as opposed to a good (read "average") company
  • You have a real ability to learn and are prepared to set aside a few hours of reading and learning each week
  • You can bring your side, commit to an important project and see it through. This is important - as your commitment and ability to understand and execute will determine success. ("Commitment" is often not defined. It is a formal symbolic act and it's irreversible. It is for the duration of the agreement. It means a clear intention of seeing the project through and making a success of it, without exit. It does not mean "I'll do this if nothing else gets in the way" or "I'll give it a go and see if it appeals to me.")

When not to contact us

Honestly, please do not contact me...

  • if you cannot leave your routine activities for a few hours per month to think and try new approaches - "too busy"
  • if you believe a consultant will solve your problems for you without you having to do much or to really participate
  • if you actually prefer to be in an operationally intuitive mode and do not wish to change anything

It is great to work with "Ideal Clients". Such people are keen to do new things, are intrigued by new ideas and are willing to commit to simple yet sophisticated approaches. If you can get exited by trying something new, if you can commit and see a serious project through, you will be a delight to work with. If you are not a delight, well what can I say?

The tipping point

Planning and execution are initially time-consuming and difficult before a tipping point is reached when you and your team will start doing things in a much simpler time-saving manner.

An excellent plan or strategy, which is not executed, is really a waste of funds. The plans and documents that you will generate and will be using will be brief and to the point. They contain your dreams and ideas. They are easy to use. But you have to make using them a routine. This takes effort and commitment. Above all it takes action. You have to find time to attend to important matters that you may have neglected until now.

To do something new might be very unnatural to you in the first month or two but for heaven's sake do not develop lame excuses. Be above the line!

The health of your organisation is at stake

Thinking about a gym is not going to make you fit. Nor will planning without execution produce results. Becoming fit takes practice. Regard me as your personal trainer.

Your and my main objective is to increase the level of your company's health.

It all starts with you personally.
