- Meet me for a 2-hour complimentary mini-strategic session aimed at defining your needs, goals and the benefits you seek. This meeting is free. - Should you wish to proceed, I will provide a detailed written proposal in which I make a needs analysis, list you objectives, the outcomes you seek and the benefits you will be receiving.
- We will meet again and ensure that there is clear consensus on the desired outcomes. Together we will calculate the value of these outcomes. I will provide a project fee.
The following guarantee applies to a long-term engagement:
- Test my work with a one or two-day workshop.
- You are entitled to walk out - without any obligation - should you not be totally satisfied after this workshop, with my facilitation and my first report.
- If you are satisfied, our formal project is to be seen through to the end.
Your commitment and follow-through
I need your full personal commitment to proceed and require a positive and energetic follow-through. You need to deliver your end of the bargain. (See the ideal client) Execution within your company or organisation, aimed at achieving new results, is your responsibility.
Should you decide to continue we both commit to a full project as per our Built for Results Agreement at the agreed project fee.
Focus on results
We work on a results-oriented basis. Together we assess each month what results have been achieved and plan what needs to be achieved in the next month.
My guarantee is simple. I strive to satisfy totally and, with your support and especially committed and consistent action, deliver results.
To repeat, you can terminate the project immediately after the first workshop. I will refund any fees paid in advance.
You cannot terminate the project once it gets going (as the fee has been calculated with the total project period and workload in mind) although you could vary the pace and load to suit work pressures or specific seasonal conditions in your company.
