Website as information resource
With this website I provide condensed information to my clients (owners, MDs, managers) and anyone wishing to make a great success of running a small or medium-sized company, a division or group of managers in a large company or organisation or a non-profit organisation.
My main website objective is to increase your understanding and insight about topics which are often part of a turnaround project.
My clients read certain sections as I direct them to these as my projects with them unfold. Some read everything. You are invited to browse.
Running a great enterprise
This website differs from most business consultancy websites. I give away lots of information.
My clients want targeted information over a fairly narrow range of topics. They are busy people and want to read as little as possible.
Management theory is largely a description of benchmarked practices. Of course, this website can only provide a glimpse of what it takes to be successful. I cover many other topics in my work but this "glimpse" does cover very practical ideas.
My aim
- To provide information on topics that require your attention in creating a really successful enterprise.
- To convey the message that what you have to have to put in place is simple, understandable and achievable. However, it will take effort, commitment and time to do so. (Most of my clients have what it takes.)
- To provide brief background material which people, who believe they must rush around like mad, could peruse at leisure. ("What leisure?") The information will assist you in gaining insight in what it takes to really run an organisation. I quote quite liberally from various publications always with due recognition to the authors. I trust that they will be tolerant as my book recommendations might sell their books.
- To verbalise on this website the needs of my clients and of prospective clients. I try to see through your lenses.
- To attract new clients - only ideal clients.
You add value
The content of this website was to a large extent inspired by actual situations which I experienced with clients. And every now and then I add a bit more after another interesting experience. All my clients add value to my life. They have wonderful needs and problems.
